off to see the wizard
Sent off my rossi 92 in .357 mag for a slick action job to steve young aka. as nkj. It shot straight and no misfires. Just had some loading and extraction issues with certain brands of ammo. Will update when I get her back and wring her out a bit.

I have the glock 21c which has the compensated barrel. It has less recoil than my buddies s@w in the .40 cal. And has a thirteen rd. clip to double tap if you wish. . I have long thin fingers which wrap around the grip nicely.

I have a friend who has a winchester 1894 ae with the rebounding hammer and a marlin lever with a scope, both are chambered for the 30-30. He will take 400 for either one. the marlin has the microgrooved barrel.

just put a scope on my henry lever and now see why a lot of levergunners use hammer extensions. About five years ago, i bought some exploding bulleyes targets loaded with that stuff, It came with a sticky back so you can mount em on trees and such. You had to hit almost dead center for it to go off.. Now! THAts my kind of tARGET... hAD A BLAST. lOUD TOO!.
