Try 120grs of Blackhorn 209 with those 250gr shockwaves. Mine likes that a lot (except I use the Hornaday 250s which are the same bullet).

The leak just in front of the shoulder is the exit hole. It leaked alot and there was an ample blood trail for the 25 yards that it actually ran. Perhaps blood spray is a better description! That one was shot down in Greene county.

I think it also bears mentioning that it only seats the bead. The tire will still have to be inflated but now you can use some to inflate it that doesn't give a blast of air like a air line at a tire shop would. Even a hand pump will inflate it now.
