There is a T stop about 3 blocks from the Sheraton. Plenty of buses go across the Smithfield street bridge there as well. Try 120grs of Blackhorn 209 with those 250gr shockwaves. Mine likes that a lot (except I use the Hornaday 250s which are the same bullet).

Before I started lubing the collet I could actually feel it sticking a bit in the holder. I hope that solves your problem.

I wouldn't be so much worried about getting it moving as a Wing would have enough HP to do it. I'd hate to start down a hill though. I believe the brakes would disappear pretty quick!

The leak just in front of the shoulder is the exit hole. It leaked alot and there was an ample blood trail for the 25 yards that it actually ran. Perhaps blood spray is a better description! That one was shot down in Greene county.

I think it also bears mentioning that it only seats the bead. The tire will still have to be inflated but now you can use some to inflate it that doesn't give a blast of air like a air line at a tire shop would. Even a hand pump will inflate it now.
