Check out a Gheenoe; a friend of mine had one and loved it. It's a boat shaped like canoe; it's heavier than a canoe but a lot more stable. You can row it, pole it, mount an electric and/or gas motor. Here's the website; check it out.

If you need hardened pins you can buy Class Z Gage pins from McMaster-Carr for less than $4 each. They are 2 inches long and come in .0005" increments. They are hardened to 60-62 Rockwell C.

Clint's real lucky to have reached a ripe old age. In the mid '70's he survived a ski accident where his ski pole had punctured his heart. I remember at the time his survival was attributed to his great physical condition.

I've always had a question about electric (not hybrid) cars. Do they have a heater capable of keeping passengers and driver warm in winter? If they do they can't have a range of more than a few miles when it's used.

Google Refrigiwear; they have some coveralls with a minus 50F rating. My brother lived in McGrath Alaska in the '60s and '70s an he swore by these.
