Just got word from Sheriff Jim Wilson that Jim Taylor has been injured in a wreck. The Sheriff said Jim would be in ICU for a bit. Knowing Jim, he'll pull through with no issues. Prayers needed! If anyone else has more knowledge, please keep us informed.

About a month ago I picked up an OM Super Blackhawk from Gunbroker. It was a chance thing, I bid a low price and actually won! There's an odd mark on the cylinder and a couple of small blemishes on the barrel, but hardly any turn line and locks up tight. I have to find some new grips for it, though....

One of my local shops has a Single Six, but it only has the .22 Magnum cylinder. But for the price they have on it, I'm thinking of grabbing it and then picking up a .22 LR cylinder later on. Or, I may just keep it a dedicated .22 Mag.

Glad you made it home, Jim! It's supposed to get up to a whopping 24 degrees today, then down to 2 degrees tonight. The roads are clear, but most of the snow on the ground is hanging around. Had to clear a spot just so the chickens would come out of the coop.
