Ditto, prayers up for those under the weather. We tend to forget that the "regular" crud - colds and flu - still lurk. They are not taking a break just because COVID is here. My wife and I got the crud this week. She's about 2 days ahead of me - or rather, 2 days worse. Unusual, because I'm normally...

Appears Hornady is well aware of basic marketing principles and their "target audience" (excuse the pun).

Grizz - I agree with you completely, as this is what our faith tells us. That said, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the forces of evil are in full-on assault mode against Christians. They will continue to try to drive people from faith. Many of us will die before that happens... literal...

Re: why did we all choose lever actions?
In my formative years there was always lever actions used for hunting. My grandfather used a Winchester model 92 38WCF that I have today. My father hunted with a model 94 Winchester 30-30 carbine that my son owns today. My father bought me a new model 94 in 1962 that I still own. We still use those...

We're addicted to it as well. :D The original "Star Wars" was one of the last movies I saw with my Dad. I was always a big sci-fi fan, but that made it even more special. He would have loved "The Mandalorian" series. Like you said, it is basically Clint Eastwood/Spaghetti western set in space. Pedro...

Re: why did we all choose lever actions?
Like others, I grew up watching John Wayne movies , spaghetti westerns, and TV western reruns. Granted, back then every lever gun was a '92 or '94, regardless of the era the movie was set in (like the Civil War - yikes!). When we played cowboys & indians, or anything else involving "finger guns" and...

Thanks fellas. Still interesting if I can use .32 S&W and .32 S&W Long, but only if I could get the base gun for a very reasonable price, as this is not something I'd use heavily. The better path if I want to go all the way up to .327 Federal Magnum is probably a modern single shot.
