Google Skinner Sights. Good stuff but doesn't have the range of adjustment of the Williams or redfield.

Re: Losing IQ points by the minute...

I frequently travel in bear country on horses and mules. Occasionally alone. I carry a big bore hand gun and know how to use it. For years I didn't think much of the bear spray option. Discussing this with a friend one time, he set a scenario where a clear shot was impossible, perhaps if the bear wa...

Re: Problem With a Bolt Gun

k1500, I disagree. Wyoming statute forbids having a loaded rifle in a vehicle while hunting. They define loaded as having a round in the chamber. Whether or not a warden would write a citation under the circumstances is questionable.

Re: Wyoming Antelope hunting questions

Wyoming is now constitutional carry. No ccw required. Your tag is your license but you need a conservation tag, available on line at the G&F website for $12.50 I think. Also can be bought at local licensing agents. Bring your actual hunter safety card.
Good luck and have a blast!

Re: Vintage horseshoeing equipment?

I shod professionally for over 20 years, until I broke down. of all the tools we use, the rounding hammer is the item that has a personality. Each one is different, and there are several small shops that produce distinctive ones. Mostly built by old broke down shoers. J. Sharp out of Salmon Idaho ma...

I read www.survivalblog.com daily. It is mostly a compilation of submissions. Like most of the internet it ranges from very informative to just plain silly.

I believe that this is the device responsible for the term "blowing smoke up your *ss". Yes it really was a medical treatment at one time, although I forget why.

rifle sighting

While travelling thru Great Falls last saturday I went into Scheels to kill time. They have a Marlin 1893 rifle, Half round half octagon barrel. 30-30, marked for smokeless. It appears all original, no blueing left. This rifle was a long time user. Crack in the front of the fore stock about an inch ...

Hi, First post here, but long time reloader. Look at the dillon precision bench wrench, or how about grinding down a regular type wrench to suit.
