Whites smoke jumpers for work, and 1914 vintage line (Current British Production) doc martens for pavement use. I have had a pair of Docs of some kind since I was in Jr. High, I are still claim they are some of the best boots around.

There is also a dovetail in the barrel, this is causing me to think that the bolt dovetail is the work of a gunsmith long ago. I got the rifle from a man who got it in the early 60's and he said the dovetail was there when he got it.

The rifle is different, half octagon/half round barrel, button mag, and that dove-tale in the bolt. I will post pics

I just picked up a 1907 vintage winchester model 1894 rifle that is cut for a bolt peep. Where can i find one and about how much will it cost me? I am not into the gun a whole lot and am willing to put a bit of cash into her.

Great pic!!! I hunt with many adults that have been shooting at doves for years that will fire more than 6 12ga or 20ga per dove killed. Great shooting! second shot, four years old and let alone, a .410!!!

That to me looks like an Australian style trench/fighting knife. I am away from my books right now so I can not give to much in the ways of names. This style was very common in the world wars and many were carried by our brave alies in Viet Nam.
