Just keep saying to yourself in a real soft quiet voice.
"Blanket where are you Blanket" over and over "what a name for your kid"??? He defintely had major talent, but really got weird towards the last 10 years or more of his life. :?:

You know, I was never an MJ fan. Didn't like his music one bit. But I acknowledge his talents. But I do get tired of hearing people call him a child molester. He was never convicted of that charge, and the woman who pressed those charges was a known extortionist. He was tried and convicted by a jury of the media, nothing more. As many times as gun owners have been tried and convicted by the media without just cause or proof, it strikes me as odd that so many gun owners are willing to believe the media for the negative press that they gave this man. If he was what he himself claimed to be, kind, selfless and loving to children, then I reckon his shot at a grand afterlife is much better than the average Joe. If he wasn't then I pity him for the hardship he now faces. But either way, it's not the human race's call.

Trying to turn himself into a Pokemon and all the other bats#!t stuff he DID do is bad enough. He once was a respectable man, talent to envy, enjoyable performer. He went insane. Child molestation may have been a bit overstated (maybe not) but there's nothing in that coffin that deserves respect now.

But his idiocy is over. Now we get to listen to rapists and philanderers praise things he never was.

Still, it's less depressing than more Sarah Palin news, and I can (and do) turn it off.

Whether he was diddling them or not is essentially immaterial.

No sane, healthy, non-pervert Adult would SAY (as MJ did) much less act on... even in an "innocent" non-contact way...

"What's wrong with sharing love?" Jackson said in 2003. "You don't sleep with your kids? Or some other kids who need love?"

If you don't think that's creepy, sick, wrong and just a little more than slightly paedophilic then your creep-dar is beyond repair...

His criminal "guilt" is entirely beside the point.

In 1977 when Elvis left the room they did the same thing. I've been sick of hearing about him ever since. But at least Elvis was not a wacko like Jackson was.
I rarely listen to music radio any more, I've gotten to the point I just can't stand the jabber jabber of the imbecilic DJs. Not to mention the incessant commercials.

Michael Jackson is dead, let him rest in peace ... if he can.

Elvis and MJ......two drug soaked wackos, two excellent entertainers. Being associatied with musicians, I can assure you that the really good ones have an angst or three and usually don't respect their bodies.

I managed to avoid any media coverage of the memorial service spectacle.

That said, I feel sorry for the kids, and any kids that lose a parent while they are still that young.
