I had a 1300 for years. No issues at all. Should not of sold it.
It ejects itself, all the shooter has to do is close the action. I would buy another before I bought another 870!

Also have you tried cycling it at a mild pace? I'm not recommending thus but wonder if so much force has encouraged the lifter to flick the round up to keenly.

It goes without saying that I like Krieghoff products a lot . However a pump in a HEAVY dangerous game gun , not sure I’d trust it .
