Re: Dimpled Balls

I got the best flight from golf balls when I tossed them up in the air and then shot them with .45 ACP hardball or Colt .45 wadcutter. They just took off at high speed and went out of sight! I never recovered one that I hit solidly. Of course an off-center hit resulted in the ball going rapidly to ...

It goes without saying that I like Krieghoff products a lot . However a pump in a HEAVY dangerous game gun , not sure I’d trust it . Maybe it’s the next great thing but if I were headed to the dark continent for buff buff or any of the other beasties that bite back I’d prefer a controlled feed bolt...

Slightly off topic as far as open chokes go but if you go to the Henry website there is a video there of .22 Plinkster using a full choked .410 to take a turkey at a very long distance using some new Hevi shot .410 loads.I wouldn't have believed if I hadn't seen it. Modified choke is my preferred choice, full choke can pull off some amazing shots but also more amazing misses. Oil is very likely the problem!
Remove all oil. Old oil may of turned to gum from combustion materials.
