Winged varmints...

Post by Nath »

....this morning on drilled barley.
Jess enjoyed the crows that had some fight left in them... briefly!

Better use #12s!

I used to do a lot of crow shooting as a kid. In this screwed up state the regulations are fubar- can only hunt/shoot them every other day from August to March I believe. But then again mourning doves are a song bird and protected...

I once spent a lazy afternoon shooting dragonflies off the tailgate of a Chevy Travel-All with a .22 sixgun. Left a few skid marks from low shots but never put any holes in the Chevy. :D

Excellent, I so used to enjoy ambushing crows when I was a kid.
