Regardless of which one wins, Mc Cain, or Hillobama, I agree there is little difference. I do feel Obama will at least tell you the truth, as he sees it, but McCain would not. He's a career politician. Like the Kennedy he's in bed with. BUT what I also feel that no matter who wins the white house, t...

I personally HATE ported rifles. shoot next to one a few timnes and you'll see. if you aren't concerned with the welfare of others around you get one. At our range I tend to use foam ear plugs AND hard shell hearing protectors over them. A ported 450M next ot me nearly gave me concussion headaches a...

Having hunted in CA for many years, just seeing legal game is a treat. Boy is that an understatement I have always been astounded that the average success rate statewide on deer is only ~7%. Having taken four deer out of the last ten years I hunted there, I must assume there've been a LOT of folks ...

You ALWAYS have to check headspace after swapping barrels. These barrels have a shoulder that seats against the receiver and there could easily be several .000's difference in the two receivers. Setting headspace can be a tricky part on barrels like this cause if there's too much, the shoulder needs...

IMHO, there is no need for something like that. If a 45 colt or 44 mag wont get the job done, then its time to leave. Humans just always want to push everything a little faster and a little farther. I am not bashing anyone who buys a 460 or 500 or whatever those cannons are. Luckily we have the fre...

Another vote for the Lee Factory Crimp Die. They are so easy to use. Use your sizind die, for just that, sizing and the crimp die for crimping. In my opinion, the sizing die is a compromise crimp die. I've had several calibers that were never satisfactory at roll crimping, especially with heavy load...

I'm afraid it will get worse, and on a national level this time. There are those that were awaiting this bill, and when one of the three Hilliary's gets elected (yea three, they all have the same agenda) they will sign it into law on a national level. I think a cheaper conversion is to pick up a new or used Handirifle :D (not me, I'm well used) in 30-30, and have it bored out to 375 Win. Can easily handle the 375 rated pressure (52K CUP) and you could get any type or twist rifling you wanted. The 30-30 has the same base and case head size so you'...

I wouldn't use blackpowder. You'll never get all that nasty stuff out of the receiver. The Remington 405 grain factory load, or an equal handload using Varget would be much better. Don't waste game with lung shots. Break the front shoulders. The NEF Handi Rifle is an excellent weapon. The black pow...

Like ed said, give it some more time and another load. They can be very accurate. Mine likes heavier bullets. As for the bolt action 375, I'd suggest doing what Paco suggested (sort of) and take a 308 rifle and convert it to 308/375. More power than the 308 or 375 Win with a lot more bullets availab...
