Thanks. I just ordered myself a copy. I ordered a $9 copy of Sarah Palin's book while I was there, too. It got me over the $25, free-shipping threshold. Ironically, I just traded into a 1958-vintage Win94 to go along with my 1938 model, last weekend. I've been studying the differences between the two.

I just noticed a *1 stamp on the bolt of an M92 Puma imported by LSI in Alexandria, VA. Do they all have it, or does a particular gunsmith mark them with that logo? Thanks

Did you remove the bluing, or has it just rubbed off already? Did it take long to get used to 'seeing' through the scout scope setup? Sorry for the ignorant question, but I've never even looked through one. Nothing like a free rifle to tinker with. Thanks

I couldn't abide the safety or the plug, so I had the hole welded up. A little sanding and cold blue made it look almost acceptable. :)
