If you take large amounts of beegamot, do not forget to supplement with potassium. Bergamot causes potassium loss.

Re: Anyone Taking TUMERIC as a Daily Supplement?

I'm a big fan but quit taking Tumeric as it thins my blood too much (daily aspirin the same) contributing to trouble with nose bleeds. Thin linings in my nose of course the main problem any blood thinners compounding the issue. Least that's what I've been told. Correct me if I'm wrong Doc.

Anyone willing to post a short, SIMPLE, step by step description of how to post a picture to the board? I read the FAQ but didn't help much. I was once a government worker if that explains anything. :D

I know it isn't an answer to the actual question, but consider 'black powder alternatives' such as 5744, and SR-4759 or similar ones.... I am using 5744 now but bringing it up (me and others) on this forum has led to some good nature (and not so good nature) castigation. I thought I would go back i...

As to the question if I should use 1 1/2F,2F,or 3F ??

If I do go the mail order route I would prefer to order the right F.
I did a Google search but must not have used the magic words.

Black Powder Question...OK 2 Questions.

I'm in Billings,Montana. 1. I'm looking for the closest purchase of GOEX Olde Eynsford 3-F short of mail order. 2 I'm loading for an 40-65 (40-75-260 Bullard actually) and seeking opinions if 3-F is really what I should be using, accuracy only slightly more important than velocity. I have read, but cannot prove, that the black powder loads for WWII Battleships were used during the first Gulf War..... As I recall reading, the main charge is smokeless but not cordite. The large, multi perforated grains are difficult to get going, so a charge of BP is what the primer first light...

Just remember to read and follow the torque instructions attached to the scope. It's real easy to over torque and damage the scope when mounting.

The tag on mine said 18 in/pds. Somehow missed this,I'll have to check!

Kimberly Custom CDP in a Milt Sparks IWB behind my right hip. Spare mag same on opposite side. I believe in the "gray man" concept so it's always loose, plain clothes, back in the corner facing the door. In certain situations it is a Charter Arms 44 Special snub carried the same.
