Don’t have a 44 in 4 5/8” or 3/4” but have them in all the other calibers. I like all between that and 7 1/2”. Doesn’t make much difference shooting. I shoot whatever I have, don’t require it to be any certain way.

Not sure about this 1095 rust issue. Carried a Camillus 51 as a kid in a Wrangler pocket for a few years in humid NJ and fishing. No rust issue. How does that go, YMMV?

Great steel here for rust resistance and edge holding.

Any knife guy will not have a problem with 1095.
