The one thing unique about 22 automatic pistols compared to all other calibers are the extra long target length barrels available. I have four all with 7.5 inch barrels and love them all. Browning Buckmark, S&W 22-A, Beretta Neos and the expensive S&W 41. The 22-A has thescope on it which is...

Eyeball it on a bench grinder. Takes about two seconds each. I do it mostly taking FMJ tips off milsurp ammo to make hunting bullets. They look just like 30-30 ammo when done. I was poking around their website and saw some new to me Beretta designs that are probably way expensive. I'd guess but have no idea that someone else has made these for Beretta. They look pretty darn good to me. I dont see a way to upload the pics so I can just advise going to their website and loo...

Last week there was reference to an old 1957 gun magazine that had lots of neat stuff but what I noticed was that the competitive pistol shooters were all holding their pistols with one hand. I dont see that today and maybe there are matches where one hand hold is required ... I dont know. If not, w...

I think the S&W 460 would be a much better shooting
cartridge than the S&W 500. PRIMARILY because
they would make it so you could load and shoot
interchangeably 454 Casull and 45 Long Colts in it.

Imagine a 45 Long Rifle, Long and Short Lever action.
