Not to steal 1894s thread but Joe, what elevator R U looking for. One like in the Pic or a dual stamped ladder.I have an almost complete Marbles rear sight for a Win. Thanks, Joe. I guess I'll try a new front sight blade somewhere between .312 and .365, probably .343, and the Williams front sight pusher.

Re: Win 94 iron sights?
Yeah, about the only other suggestion I have is to drop the cash (about $60.00) on one of the Williams front sight pusher tools as sold by Midway, Brownells and others. I've bought more rifles with buggered up ramp front sights than I can count. The tool will prevent that. Griff could well be right...

Re: Win 94 iron sights?
The 1941 94 has one screw on the back side (toward the shooter) on the right side of the blade. I tried taking the screw out and moving what looks like a sheet metal blade, but it wouldn't move and I was afraid of pounding it off and damaging it. Your rear sight is most likely original. What kind o...

I have two Win 94's, both with the same height front sight, .365". The second one I got, a 1941 model, has what looks like all original iron sights but the rear barrel mounted sight is at the top of the sight ramp when sighted in at 100yds with 150gr PP factory ammo. Do I need to get a new rear...
