Ysable Kid If you or anyone else is interested in .22lr 73 Carbines mine and another one by Navy Arms are for sale on, guntrader.co.uk My old beat up Uberti is going for $390 and the Navy is going at $439. If you look at the front of the rear sight you will see that it is dovetailed into the barrel. Tap it with a hammer using a soft drift at that point it should slide across to the right.

The rear sight on your Henry requires tapping to the right but they can be mighty tight, use a soft brass or similar drift to move the rear sight so as not to damage anything.
