I would look for a fold down Marbles rear sight so it would be out of the way when using the tang sight. Marlin puts them on their 1895's should be plenty of spares in this crowd

Stumbled across Blue Interarms Virginian Dragoon .44 mag. Probably 85% pretty sure it has a 7.5" Barrel.

I polished the sear, adjusted & polished the sear notch on the hammer and cut 1.5 coils from the hammer spring. Went from 6+ pounds to 3.5 pounds. Here is a thread that will help.
