Re: The Gun Room

Well, the M2 50 Cal. Only shot one once. They had it on a hill with vehicles 3/4 mile away. We were shooting tracers. You could see them ricochet about twice as far as the the targets were. We put a lot of rounds though 81 mm mortars. LOUD!!! Blew up 5lbs of C4. Saw a 106 recoilless rifle shoot a 55...

Ours were basically used for transportation. We had no armament. They would run over small trees in the field if necessary to get to a position for forward observers for the mortars.

Excellent knives. I have a 30 year old Master Hunter in AUS 8 from Taiwan with the old style sheath. It is easy to sharpen and holds an edge very well. No problems with the sheath. I also have a recent SRK in VG1. It came with the kydex sheath which I did not like, trade for the old style.

They are 336 receivers with modern barrel steel. And, I found out the 375 Marlin is actually chambered for rhe long version of the 38-55. In addition when Marlin chambered their 32-20s and 25-20s they chambered them for their old competing versions the 32-21 and the 25-21.

That certainly seems to be a mispreapprehension of spelling where you must be pacific.
