Getting a new Reflex Rifle Scope for my son's 40 cal carbine delivered this afternoon as his current TruGlo 2x reflex Scope I got in 2004 is tired and it sometimes turns off when the carbine fires.

Zombies don’t take much. But accuracy is important.

I don't know what it is but I like it!
My Staff... leaning on the back door of the Alaska fish camp. a prototype, cumbersome but it combines two necessities for woods walking in the bear's lair
BTW, I've got some boxes of Hornday Zombi Max ammo I collected over the years. I've got my Ruger PC4 Carbine 40, Springfield R.O. 45, Ruger Mini M14 5.56, Mossberg 30-30, Springfield M1A .308 and Remington 870 12 GA all loaded with Zombi Max and ready to go.

I just got a text about the alert... All's well, it was just a test... as I sat here with my cap n ball revolvers... (8 in total), 2,000 balls, 2,000 caps, a definite lack of wads, (thanks for reminder to order more)! Worst thing ever... I have a full GI can of 308 ball, but don't own a rifle in that cartridge... need to trade it out for some .30-06 for the Garand or 1903-A3! For long distance zombies, either of those or my .223 Varmit getter:

There is a fine line between hobby & obsession! AND... I'm over it!!
No I ain't ready, but let's do it anyway!
Things were quiet here until about 4PM when all of a sudden .. with loud horrible screaming .. the door burst open and these 2 figures about 4 feet tall came screaming in waving swords and moving very quickly around the room. I was sorta paralyzed and was thinking of reaching for my Norse battle axe when I realized it was my grandson's home from a day at School ... waving their light sabers and attacking each other, the dogs and anyone who was in their path.
Long gone are the days when Zorro would come around the corner of the house brandishing a cardboard broadsword, forged in the family cave. Now we have to guard ourselves . . .

True. I walked in the door the other day and was shot repeatedly with a pump action nerf gun!

it is a sign of the times. in my day it was squirt guns. last one out of ammo survived to squirt another day!
I was at work. No zombies other than the ones there for their monthly hydrocodone prescriptions.
