Marlin 1894 Pad dimensions

Post by deerwhacker444 »

.
Since I'm at work, would one of you be so kind as to measure your Marlin 1894 and tell me which pad I need. I want it to be a bit larger than the stock so I can grind it down to fit. I'm going to lengthen the pull a bit.

Note these measurements are not to the center of the screws but to the far edge.

Just to let you know, that if you order a new pad from Marlin, it will be larger and require final fitting to your gun.
...and I don't think he even knows it...Walks around with a half-assed grin...If he feels fear, he don't show it. Just rides into hell and back again.
