Why don't companies list tech support

Post by GunnyMack »

So I dusted off my MEC 700 that I converted to 410. It's been at least 25 years since I used it last. Of course I don't have the correct bushing(yet), weighed out powder charges for test loads.
I go to crimp and for the life of me can't make it crimp 2&1/2"!
Get on MEC site, NO EMAIL SUPPORT OR PHONE NUMBER!!
Finally find my machine and look at owners manual on the site, maybe the adjustment they give will work- maybe not!
Grrrrrr!
