This no-gunsmithing scope rail is said to fit all top-eject Winchester 94's & clones of the Model 92, utilizing the large-headed lever pin stop screw hole on the LH side of the receiver and the rear barrel sight dovetail (with a dovetail adaptor):

Ooh - that's better than the XS one; no new holes needed.

That is really neato!!! Will really work out great when us old heads are trying to work up a load.
Anymore, half the time I'm testing something, I don't know if it's the load......or me.
I'm getting one------thanks Pete!--
I just e-mailed them asking for price and shipping info and suggested they make one for the 1886 and the 1873.......as the set up is very similar.------6

Re: For Anyone Wanting a Carry Handle For Their Winchester 9
It's good to see I'm not the only one that thinks it's a good idea. Here's mine I made back in 2013. On Sunday, July 28, 2013, 10:49:17 PM to be exact.
I posted a thread on it at the time. Big Bore Project, or Scout Mount, I think I called it, not sure. No am not the least bit thinking of any patent battles or any such thing. I thought it was a good idea and that's why I posted it here, hoping someone with the skills could mass produce a (hopefully) better and lighter one.
Theirs is aircraft grade aluminum and mine was steel, and too soft of steel at that, but at least I proved my idea was possible. Due to recoil, mine shifted and didn't pan out. Also Pearsons, solved an issue I had and that was the long side piece interfered with the smooth feel of the side of the receiver.
I had actually put off converting my 375 to a 307 because the mount didn't work out and I still didn't want to D&T the receiver for a scope.
One other issue I was unable to resolve, was getting the front dovetail mount to securely lock the mount in place. Hope Pearsons fares better in that respect.
REALLY glad to see him offer it at a VERY reasonable price as well.

Handirifle,
No BS....you are handy. That's a nice job to which I did not know about.
The Pearson job only uses the bolt pin hole and the rear dovetail. I wonder if it will be as sturdy as yours. I have an envelope to which I am sending off tomorrow for the Pearson job.----6

Six; cant wait for your review How much are they, must have the wrong "mouse" cause I cant find the price on the website. How much are they?
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

I can still think of an excuse or two... maybe even 3 or 4 to NOT get one... but, I'm leaning in that direction! Especially for that load development issue...
