Fred,
.45s all 5 of them will remain here in IL for the time being.
Thanks for Modocs pics, I'm sure they will help me sleep  .

M1, will go get laxative tomorrow, may not take it till after gun show. Depends on how my system works out. Now that I know there isn't anything really wrong with me I can maybe relax a bit. I hope.

Hagler,
Love that cat scan. I got one here that looks a lot like that yellow one. I should have asked him to do the scan for me.

Time to start adding fiber to the diet. And more water.

I use psyllium seed husk(whole) in orange juice. Started at 1 Tablespoon and now do 2 each day. It's cheap at your local health food store in the bulk section. Drink it quick, 'cause it turns to snot pretty fast and will make you gag.
Kind regards,
Tycer

Glad to hear everythings going to be okay, in a couple of days. Like M1 said, I wouldn't go to far from the house after starting your dosage. But, I digress, it's really good news to hear your okay.

Never mind this bran and flax seed stuff. I prefer chili and skinless and boneless sardines with salt, pepper and cheap yellow mustard.

You are probably not drinking enough white wine. Remember our buddy Paul.

Besides, Brother Modoc's picture therapy should scare the **** out of you - those are your nurses. Notice their inviting smiles.

I'm glad it wasn't an impaction. My dad had one because of the medicine he was taking and he was in the most awful pain. A young orderly saved the day. My dad called him a gift from God.

+1 I've been using 2 tablespoons of psyllium mixed in a glass of water just before going to bed, for the past 26 years. It is Ace! Keeps you clean as a whistle and regular like clockwork. Totally natural. Like Tycer says, however, it gels within 30 seconds so you got to chug it down fast. You'll be so clean, the proctologist will be calling over all his friends and colleagues to take a look. They'll be taking photos and having them framed and matted to hang up in their living rooms.

Anyway, the rumors of my demise is over rated. I still feel like stuff, cos I'm full of it. And no I haven't been licking the cats. YUCK!!!!
Although that Cat Lax OI mentioned might have saved me a bunch of ER bills. The budget ( that we don't have ) is really gonna be hurtin soon.

Somebody here said they knew someone who was interested in buying my fountain pens. I forget who you are, if you see this please PM or email me. I'm gonna bust a gut  getting them inventoried.

Thank you all for the good wishes and prayers, they do help.

It was a joke ..... photos of the inside of someone's large intestine are not something I'd hang on my wall ...... but then again, who would want to be a proctologist? (though I'm thankful that some are)

Joe -

I'm so sorry I missed this thread. I wish you the best and hope all is well. I've been busy taking a friend of mine out of town for radiation treatments. Please get well soon.

Evidently, Old Savage want's me to share my gal's with ya. They would make good nurses. You wouldn't have any problem chasing them down. Here's a picture of them to hang next to your favorite chair while you are on the mend.

Joe,

I don't know you but I know your problems well. I wish I knew leverguns like I know intestinal woes. The colonoscopy is very important don't put it off. It shows things that a cat scan can't. My BP meds tend to do the same thing; what works for me is good natural yogurt, lotsa H2O, and dried apricots. Tastes good and keeps things moving on the I-5.
