It seems that great minds think alike, so several (but not all) of the friends he's accumulated over the years are like-minded.

Instead of going on their annual Canadian (N.B.) black bear hunt, this young man decided instead to go about it the old fashioned way - working ILO paying.
He volunteered to work FOR the Indian guide this Spring's bear season, doing all the scut work - mopping up, K.P., butchering, wood hauling, whatever was asked of him w/o a whimper or hesitation.
He was even allowed to escort some "sports" to their bear baited stands.
Well, AFTER most of the sports had long gone, last week this fine young man took this bear with his bow.
I'd say he was well-paid, indeed.
