Re: Pneumatic Ammo....
Yeah, its Canadian ammo (Canadian Industries Limited IIRC). I shot many a round of their 22lr stuff. It was great ammo and seemed to be a bit higher powered than even WW super-x. My Mod. 39A really liked it. Still have some somewhere

Congrats.
A parallel to my story. I was a 2 lb. preemie and if I had survived, Doc said that I would be short and scrawny. Good Lord had other plans as when I graduated from college (a long time ago), I was 6'4" and 230 lbs.

If you got the 1893, once you ship it to JES and have it re-bored/rechambered, you would be at about $1,300. All depends on which rifle you really want. Having your 336 done would be the least strain to your wallet.

Had a 50-70 win. Ruger #1 made by SSK. Working with Lil Gun powder and 750gr bullets, I got some pretty decent speed. IIRC 1500fps. Bad part was, the recoil would bring tears to your eyes after about three shots and a bruised shoulder after those 3. Great group but not worth it!! Shot a friends AR50...

Yes. Good friend of mine had a Browning Bar in 308 win (boy, he regrets selling that) that would normally shoot about 2-3" @100yds, but if he concentrated on his hold, it would shoot under an inch at the same range. Any slight deviation and groups would open up rapidly

You can with the new models but you have to trim the case a bit. Then you resize with a 30 carbine size die. Only problem, is that the case wall thickness of the 32-20 case is so much less than the 30 carbine, you might not have enough neck tension to properly hold the bullet.

a 1-15" twist should be more than enough and as far as barrel dimensions, what action are you going to use? I had a Pedersoli Sharps rebored to 50 AK by JES so chamber/muzzle dimensions have plenty of "meat". Now, an 1895 Marlin might be getting fairly thin.
