well, from from i have been reading from different sources, was that the ammo that custer was using was copper cased instead of brass. they were having trouble getting the empties to eject from being stuck in the the throat from expansion.

My son bought what look like by his text picture apperas too be an ak style reciever but rest looks like a 12 guage shotgun clip and barrel. I agree, i say there has been global warming since the ice age, I say we are not helping it any with burning fuel of any type, just don't believe the human race is to blame in entirely, some is done by natural occurances like volcanoes and earthquakes and such.

my son in law inherited two 1897 pump shotguns from his grandfather . one is a twelve gauge circa around 1912, and a 16 gauge circa around 1950 if I remember correctly. nice get ems. they both have external hammers with half cock safeties. I had to teach him on that part :D

neat video! Too bad not all levers are made that way for ease of repairs and maintenance. I guess that would weaken the reciever strength for the big bore and high pressure rds. :(

I dont name my guns, but named my 2013 ram "hemi" and my cobalt "old blue". I named my nissa versa "tunacan" , Its about its worth as a highway car and being so small and lightweight. :roll:

i think i will order the hammers for my pellet rifle. squirrels been a big nuisance in everything lately. Time to thin the herd a bit. :D didn't want to use the .22 magnum. disturbing the neighbors, my other scope i used on it wouldn't hold zero.

my buddy had one of those. he lived on a ten acre farm, when deer came to eat the tops out of soybeans he would pluck one from the back porch, I wish I had it , he sold all his guns before passing and i didn't know about it :cry:
