Did I miss this thread? Better check my glasses; Trappers are my favorite! We have a few: Winchester M94's in 44 Mag, 45, & 30 WCF; and the EMF 92 in 44 Special put together by NKJ. Only complaint is my long time favorite 44 Special load works in everything but the M92, so I had to go back to th...

Shot a Marlin 45-70! Awesome!
A bunch of us were shooting Friday, and I saw a crescent butt stocked, engraved 1895 45-70. It looked sharp, and I asked about it. A few minutes later and lead is going downrange. It was a blast. This could be addictive.

Great Levers. I wish I had bought one years earlier. Factory ammo is cheaper, and (in our opinion) there is no recoil at all with the 125 through 158 gr loads - and only minor recoil with the heavy 180 gr loads. Much less than regular rifle rounds and 12 ga shotguns.

I remember reading about this conversion years ago. It would be kind of neat to have an old family 30-30 that had been shot enough to need it. You'd know you got your money's worth out of that rifle.

It has the gold that Browning has put on so many guns. It would be nce to see them bring out something to be shot and used, at normal prices. I wouldn't mind having a set like this, but I'd probably want to shoot it too.

In our family, the kids and disabled adults have no problems putting rounds on target with the .357 Levers (and .30 Carbines). That means a lot. AR's, AK's, FAL's, Tommy Guns (the real ones), etc... are still basically illegal to buy. (Folks are taking advantage of a loophole in the AR law.). Many o...
