Walmart carried them. Instead of walnut stocks they came in pressed checkered birchwood. I have one bought new Christmas of 1997. Other than the stocks and the # printed on them they are a 336 in 30aw clothing.

I killed a buck with a Winchester 94 30-30 in 1998 about 5 yards from me.

In 2007 I used a Marlin 30aw in 30-30 to kill my buck at 30 yards.

My 2 cents on the camo is, let the game tell you, and they aint a better camo critic than turkeys. Wearing a ghillie or leafy suit is the ultimate in flage. If you wear any pattern on the flat surface of standard clothing you aren't nearly hidden as you would be in ghillie/leafy suit.
