Walmart carried them. Instead of walnut stocks they came in pressed checkered birchwood. I have one bought new Christmas of 1997. Other than the stocks and the # printed on them they are a 336 in 30aw clothing.

I have a beautiful Remington Rolling Block model 6 in .22lr the only problem is it didnt have the rear sight with it. Could anybody suggest where I might could come up with a simple notched rear sight to fit the dovetail that will be correct for this gun? Thanks .DT

More folks around these parts prefer thier fish mounts on driftwood than wood panels. Although that piece of driftwood seems to be lacking in adding beauty to the piece.

I've never saw a coyote recurve in person, but my advice is to buy yourself a 45# used Bear off of the auction site. A nice Kodiak Hunter or Grizzly model will do. my 2 cents .DT

Yep, for sure it was a weather balloon probably filled or crossed up with some swamp gas.

When deer under a hundred yards takes a .357 to the lungs and won't die, i'll take up golf. My opinion is, keep the cartridge in the range that most have suggested and make a killing shot. If you cannot do this a bigger cartridge won't solve your problems. .DT

I killed a buck with a Winchester 94 30-30 in 1998 about 5 yards from me.
In 2007 I used a Marlin 30aw in 30-30 to kill my buck at 30 yards.
Both were killed with iron sights

I anneal outside in the daylight. Same as Kirk I use a battery drill and i use a bit made to hold a socket that fits the particular cartridge case I'm annealing. My 2 cents on the camo is, let the game tell you, and they aint a better camo critic than turkeys. Wearing a ghillie or leafy suit is the ultimate in flage. If you wear any pattern on the flat surface of standard clothing you aren't nearly hidden as you would be in ghillie/leafy suit.
