Front site drift tool
I've got a very nice Rossi 92 that shoots a little to the right, and after I drift front sight with the old punch and hammer, it shoots a little to left. Repeat this several times back and forth
ARRGG!
Is there a better way to drift the front site on a Rossi?

38 special 158 gr load for Rossi 92 and Smith 66
I've got piles of 38 special brass, and want to start loading for my 92 and Smith 66. Kinda thinking about 5 grs or unique or 4 grs 231 with a 158 gr SWC. Purpose is just a general purpose walking around load. I think the 231 is cleaner than unique if I remember right. It has been a long time since ...

Re: An alternate look at handgun stopping power
...i recently read a study which stated that you can fire 3 rounds out of a Glock within 1.5+ seconds under stress... :) People can shoot them quite a bit faster than that. My split times shooting shooting a "Bill Drill" (6 shots into the same IPSC target) at 10 yards average about .3 sec...

Heck, that guy should use that gumption to find a better job, or start a business that pay for more than just shooting.

Re: How Fast Are You ?
Back in the day I was on the national shooting team as a junior shooting international skeet. This is the game where you start with the shotgun on your hip (can't mount your gun until you see the target), the target is thrown any time from instant to 3 seconds after your call, the targets are faster...

Re: How Fast Are You ?
I have one of those Pact timers if anyone wants to find out how fast they can shoot. It is pretty amazing how a little stress (even just a timer) can mess up someone's shooting. the pact timers are very useful tools for learning how to draw/mount and shoot fast. A lot of this type practice can be do...

Re: Scout Handgun?
How about a Glock 10 mm with a trijicon RMR dot sight? Don't know if it is a scout pistol, but would be a darn nice general purpose pistol. Here is a link http://www.onesourcetactical.com/tsdcombatsystemscompletepistolpackage-1-4.aspx#.T2kk4hB5mSM. My main ccw is a Glock 19 with a RMR sight milled i...

Re: Anyone have a glock 20 or 20sf?
I think milling a RMR sight into the slide on that long barreled 10 mm would be pretty cool. Here is a link http://www.onesourcetactical.com/advanc ... ide-1.aspx
I have one on my Glock 19, it is almost like cheating:-)
