45/70 in a 45/75
I've been checking around a few sites, looking at the 1886 rifles and cant fid one in 45/70. Im wonderig if the 45/75 will safely shoot the 45/70. I dont know much about the 45/75, but understand that you can fire the 45/70 in single shots like 45/90 45/110 et al. I would imagine if you did so that t...

Re: How long do you smoke your butts?
FWIW Here in the Great State Of Texas, BBQ beef brisket is the favored meat. A 10 -13 lb brisket ( weather its 1 or 10 ) can be smoked at 170-220 deg for 10 -12 hours and come out perfect. Internal temps would be the determining factor with pork. IIRC the last whole pork loin I smoked was 6-8 lbs an...

Why do 20" AND 24" have same mag cap
Howdy everyone, I have 2 different win 92 replicas. Both are made by Rossi. One is a 20in LSI import. The other is a 24in EMF Hartford. Both rifles hold a max of 10 .45Colt rounds. One would think that the 24in would hold at least one more shell. Is there a restriction on cap in Brazil? Can the 24 m...

Davidf, That knife should be an Eye brand Sod Buster I would take care in the cleaning just use a little natural oil and light elbow grease no harsh solvents. Are the scales wood or dark colored natural ivory? I read of a find where the guy had an ivory scaled knife that had a 100yrs of grime that h...

Such as , all the regular stamped stuff is ok for all the guns , with the warm stuff easily recognised to not be ...
