Doc, in my Ruger MkII the Aquila Super Colibri will not cycle the slide suppressed. If I want it to go semi auto Inhave to use the Remington subsonic or equivalent. I also have a Fiala manually operated magazine fed 22 handgun that is..well manually operated.

If I had to pick from the items I currently own...probably my M1a and a Ruger MII both with suppressors. Honestly I don’t know and more importantly I am glad I don’t have to make that decision.

Growing up in Montana I spent many many many hours depleting my ammo cache. I most often used 22 rf but on several occasions I would pull out my 03A3 and a 180 he soft point would really make a spectacular mist out of a PD.

I love canning foods have a years worth of vegetables. Several months of “survival meals” and have canned a whole deer with taters, carrots, and spices in individual jars. Hmm its good.

Thank you for that tip. I also have a 444 set. I was gonna have my buddy chuck my 309 die up and turn an eighth at a time off until the bevel was gone to make a small base die but this works too.

Gunny, where ya getting a good deal on LCBC 308 brass? I am in the market. Most 308 military cases are oversized because they were used in machine guns with HUGE chambers.

I am staying away from Jack from now on. He is horrible for my plans to retire in six years as I have become adddddictedddd to the old lever gun crack, he pushes. Which means I will have to keep working to support that habit. That’s it no more guns!
