I used to go, every spring and fall to the Tulsa Gun Show, for over 20 years, but I have never gone back after Covid in 2020. There was a carload of us that used to always go, but most of them have passed away since then, and i have just never went back. I am tempted to this year, but I have already spent a small fortune on guns this year. So, I probably don't have any business going. I guess I still have a few days, I might change my mind.

That show is so big, we always got there early right when they opened. And basically, if you walked every isle, at a fairly steady slow walk, it would take you all day to see it all, and you better not dilly dally around, and visit at any one table for very long, or you won't make it through the whole show. There's two levels in the show, upper level and lower level. The lower level is a little smaller and has mostly the older collectable guns, and the upper lever has a little bit of everything, and a little bit more junk and stuff, buy you might find anything for sale, anywhere in the show. We would usually go all of the way to the west end of the upper level and work our way back to the lower level, in the afternoon.

This is a bucket list item for me so I am going for the experience, mostly(maybe). I have done pretty well picking up guns in the last 6 months sooo other than a 38-40 single action and casting/reloading stuff not much on my want list. Pretty sure they aren't going to have a complete wiring harness for my 66 mustang drag car!

Probably not, but you could always detour down to Obsolete & Classic Auto Parts and pick it up... Just south of downtown on the I-35 Service Road!

NOW that's an idea. I already bought the tools($180) and downloaded the directions to read while on my trip. I am trying to do as much prep as I can for this project. The kit I want has new wiring, headlight switch, dimmer switch, ignition switch, ect ect and extra circuits for nitrous, line lock, transbrake ect. Now that I am only working two days a week I hope to get this completed this summer. Company says it takes about 40 hours but I have to add battery disconnect and MSD boxes ect.
