In my limited experience with my "Big Boy" carbine, it has no problem feeding SWC 's. Accuracy wise, it does seem to prefer gas checks.

I like the looks of them, just don't like the prices!!! I think I paid $35 for this pair and they were new in the box. (plus shipping) I actually bought them as they were represented to fit the old model ruger RED frame. These do not, but by happy coincidence they do fit the original Blackhawk fram...

At the A&P, shorts were two boxes for a quarter while Long Rifles were 15 cents a box.

That is why most old Stevens Favorites have eroded chambers and won't extract long cases.

I used a similar stove on my Sheridan to cook the first ramen I ever tasted.

I replaced the large loop on my "Big Boy" carbine with a standard loop.
The large loop is slower to use, gives no purchase in handling or shouldering the rifle and allows plenty of momentum for rapping the knuckles on fallow up shots.

As per my first post. The .32 Special can be successfully loaded with cast bullets and black powder. More to the point, modern powder or black, the .32 Special handles cast bullets very well.

There is also an over-all length requirement. I believe it is 28 inches.

For thirty-eight years, I got a free pair each year from my employer. My choice of brands. Only restriction was safety toe and ESD rated. Now that the last pair is wearing out, I'll have to fall back on my 1970 army boots. Some day I my have to buy a pair of boots. :D
