By definition, a rebate is a return of part of an original payment that was made. How can people who don't make enough to even pay taxes get a "rebate" while those who pay more taxes than anyone get nothing? It is outright folly to believe that those who earn the least can move the economy...

Is your front post dove-tailed onto the barrel or onto a screw-on ramp? Mine was on a screw-on ramp, and the XS ramp just replaces that whole Marlin front-sight assembly. I've had a good experience with the XS ghost-ring sights.

The rear sight mounts on top of the receiver without having a bulky sight body on the side of the gun, and they don't hang over the back of the receiver.
