I have a beautiful old Damon Howatt Hunter recurve, used to enjoy shooting it as much as I could. Sucks getting old, it’s 55 pound and my shoulders could no more pull it now than flap and fly. I’m glad you like it, Redwoods are great. They grow 6 to 8 feet a year, so if this one grows for you it will get tall fast, trust me, I know. It’s true Redwoods love their Coastal fog, so it may not take there, but it’s worth a shot!

I have one, like it very much. Fit and finish are better than I expected they would be, and so far at least it functions flawlessly. Really fun to shoot, if you get it lay in a lot of .22 ammo as you will be going through it.
