Big C is back
I have not been as busy around here as usual because health issues turned me into a wannabe. My cancer is back at the official relapse point. Back on chemo (old fashion designer poison) and involved in a clinical trial of a new drug. It is not just another fancy poison but an immune therapy. In a nutshell it allows my cancer fighting natural agents a fighting chance. The best thing is the name of the trial, STOMP, perfect!! I'm no cancer warrior or survivor. I'm a bonafide serial killer of cancer cells and pretty good at it.
I am the healthiest sick guy I know so don't worry. All indicators are good from cancer cell DNA and biopsy reports. The relapse was found early and treatment is from a pair of world experts. Most important my family is fine with it and the doctors designed treatment to allow me to work. Its good for the kids to see dad work even if he's a bit shaky.

Glad to hear the very encouraging progress!

Re: Big C is back
Wow, what a bunch, warmed my heart and if I was honest brought a tear. The big C has a few benefits. One is that it focuses God's Will from the rest of the BS. Family, loved ones, feed the kids and pay the bills. I'm quietly liquidating my hobby and redundant tools at an easy pace. I don't want to worry the kids. The only one to stay is my shooting hobby. A grown man should be able to stand up on his own legs and hit what he aims at with some urgency.

I've been in remission for one of my cancers for 15 years now after a biologic cocktail was used to attack cancer cells.
Those cocktails have come a long way since then! Let's hope they have it dialed in for your cancer!
Best!
