Re: RL Wilson Book, Winchester - need a favor

I bought it used on Amazon for a low price and did not notice the missing pages for a while because I spent most of my time reading the 1873 sectio...

Re: TV Show "American Guns" made a new Win 1866. Anyone see it?

I dont remember who said this recently (some company owner interview) and I will have to summarize it Some companies and people work hard so they can reduce the price of their products, while others work hard to raise their prices. The owner of the gun shop in this show is certainly in the later gro...

RL Wilson Book, Winchester - need a favor

Did not want to jump on the offer for a chance at this book because I have it already. Well, most of it anyway. Which leads me to the favor I would like to ask. I bought it used and it seems as if the previous owner could not part with all of the pages. Could someone who has a copy scan and post or ...

Rossi 92 future availability

was at a gun shop and he had a 44-40 oct barrel for $425. I want a mod 92, but not in that configuration - have that caliber in an 1873. I asked if he could order these and he said not at that price for too long and was told that Rossi was going to stop importing them and that the company taking ove...

Is this a relatively simple fix or not, any directions with nice pictures (the ones that Arlo Guthr...

Re: Hello

thanks,

Not a lever, but in the spirit of the old stuff, here is my poor mans sharps  HR Buffalo Classic, reamed to 45-90 and an 1858 reproduction. I shoot the fake black out of the 45-90.

Hello

New member here, but have knocked around quietly for a while.

I parted with my first rifle, a Kmart special Marlin-Glenfield a while back and have since added a Navy arms 1873 replica. It does not see much action however. I am seriously considering a Rossi 92 - 45 colt, as my next addition.
