Regards Paco and this forum

Post by mickbr »

Im only a relative newb to this forum, 6-7 years or so. I was wondering when the forum started and whether Paco was an active participant in the forums or just used the site for his articles? Also could anyone tell me how old he is these days. Not that its any of my business, and feel free not to answer that one. Do some of you gents know him well?

Paco was active but not any longer. He is 87 and has slowed down a lot, which is OK. He still shoots but it's limited to air rifles on his own property, and not much of that anymore. This was in December ...

Yessir. That is my life-long friend Tom Peterson. He and I have been close for longer than I care to remember.

I just got off the phone with Paco. He is doing well. He had recently gone in for a checkup and everything is working fine "for a man his age" according to the doctor.

We had a good visit on the phone. He sounded good. I just wish I did not live so far away.
