Does anyone have any experience with a .475 Linebaugh in a carbine?
I have a Ruger No.1 so chambered but I’ve never fired anything but .480 Ruger through it.
Just curious.

.
It seems like it would be a nice chambering for a levergun. Something between the 454 Casull and 500 S&W.
Big Horn Armory makes them, but of course they are very pricey - I wonder if any of the companies making break-open rifles make one...???
Used to be you could find an H&R or Rossi or something like that in about every chambering imaginable, at a nice price for just 'checking out' the round in a long gun.
