I have the older 'LAW Adapter' but it only allows one 'emergency' shot to be fired when folded (the bolt carrier group cannot travel rearward when the stock is folded).
Now they have a two=part bolt carrier group with integral springs, set up so it doesn't have to recoil past the receiver.

That looks like a good solution to one of the the main 'issues' with the AR firearms (the other near-deal-breaker being the fragile and awkward 'charging handle' instead of an ordinary side-mounted reciprocating handle on the bolt or bolt carrier).
The other 'solution' is putting the spring up under the forearm, also eliminating the need for anything to travel backwards of the receiver.
Anyone ever try one of these integrally-sprung bolt carrier groups (with or without a folding stock adapter)...?

They are awful proud of that!
I have an AR or 2 and I hate them!
I can't stand chasing brass, they are soulless hunks of aluminum and they stay cased up, cant remember the last time I shot them. Now they do serve a purpose and that's why I still have them.
