Great accuracy from a Henry 327 big boy
Started working on an accuracy load for my Henry 327 and came across a winner
early on. 14 out of 15 in a 1 inch by 3 inch group. If the wind hadn't been gusting from right to left they would have been right at a 1 inch group. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Yes, welcome!
The .327 makes a lot of sense to me in a levergun.

Well thanks for posting that - it gives me some 'hope'.
I bought the same gun a few years back, and couldn't find a factory load that shot within 5 inches at 30 yards or so, so I was going to actually try one more time (different scope) and if no results, return the gun for warranty or just to get rid of it.
Maybe I can get more time soon and mess with it successfully.
It should be a GREAT shooter - a nice cartridge in a nice gun, for sure.
Glad you got some success, and THANKS for writing it up.

Yes, this should be an ideal levergun cartridge -- a 32/20 with a more durable case that can utilize carbide size dies. I just want mine with 24" octagon barrel please.
