Boys, this has been a really tough year.

I walked away from an equity partnership in a medium sized firm because of an ethical conflict that I couldn’t resolve.

It was a test of my integrity and my courage.

It cost me dearly.

But this wonderful wife of mine stood by me and encouraged me. I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am. Now somewhat poorer but much better off than I was.

Merry Christmas to all of you. I really appreciate you.
