2018 Rossi Rio Grande. No Problems

Post by jstanfield103 »

Guy's I have had this Rio Grande for a while. Never gotten any pictures of it because I knew I wanted the new R95 due to all the bad talk over the web about the Rio Grande. I have had no problems with mine and I could not bring myself to trade it in on the R95 which I have since bought both models of in the trapper configuration.

So here is the Rio Grande
1. Shortened the LOP to 12.5"
2. Marbles Bullseye rear sight and not sure what front sight (higher) is on it now
3. Marlin Saddle Ring safety delete
4. Ranger Point Precision quick disconnect lever screw.

With the three 45/70's I have all barrel lengths are almost covered. Think I'm done with buying 45/70 rifles now very happy with what I have. Winchester 1886 22" barrel, Rossi Rio Grande 20" Barrel, R95 18" Barrel.
