the wind is gusting to 19 MPH and it is raining so I guess it's a Dry-Fire day.
I have become a Fair Weather Shooter!
When I was younger I shot in all kinds of weather. Not anymore. I am not sure when it happened but I believe it was around the time I hit 70.

Jim, you made a rational decision. I pass on days with winds above 15 if planning to shoot for accuracy -- and it is often windy here in the Big Country.

Jim, the roads are posted 70 and up, and I can hit 80-85 all day long once past the second stop sign . . . ;)

If I had to wait till the wind was less than 15mph, I would only have a 10 min window at our range. It seems like it is always blowing out there.
