Very Interesting Case at SCOTUS

Plaintiff argues that Chevron Deference Violates the Constitution, Argues FPC to Supreme Court. They contend that it is a flagrant case of executive branch overreach to the max!!!

what if the court did the right thing? and reversed every one of those transgressions .. amazing
