Look at what the mailman brought!

SWEET!! This super nice Winchester Model 64 landed on my doorstep a short time ago. I'm fired up! Thanks, 1886, for a great deal on a classic Winchester, the first one I've owned in many years. It is a KEEPER!

I used my C&R license, Blaine. At this point in time, I won't buy any guns that require a Class 1 FFL.

Thanks, y'all. Now I gotta get out a BUST somethin' with it. First, that and the .35 Marlin need some load development and Chrony testing. I gotta get me some 150 grain .30 FNs, too.

Just love those 64s. While I much prefer an octagon barrelled full mag rifles, there's something special about the 64 (or 64A) for hunting. Popped two does w/the NIB 64A mod71alaska sold me last deer season. Just SWEET! Congrats!

You'll love that Model 64, Mike. I think they're right up there along side the Model 71! And what a nice carry rifle, too. Congrats!!!
