2030 TV and radio commercial

Post by Ray Newman »

2030 TV and radio commercial:

“Were you or someone you know overly exposed to hand sanitizer, Lysol, bleach, or some other sanitizing product during the 2020 Corona pandemic?

“If so, you or they may be eligible for compensation”
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

Actually it IS crazy - I'm seeing guys come in the office wheezing and messed up, because their wives have stayed home and watched CNN all day long and gotten spastic about this stuff - they are buying pallet-loads of 'cleaners' and spraying everything and everyone ten times more than needed.

Many of those cleaners ARE TOXIC (that's why they kill 'things' - but in small amounts they kill more 'things' than human cells - in large amounts they kill BOTH). I'd not be at all surprised if the over-exposure to these chemical toxins INCREASES the risk of getting severely ill if one contacts the coronavirus.

You do realize that over sanitizing will likely result in a weaker immune system. See the way it works is, you get exposed to something, then your body makes antibodies to fight it off. No exposure, no antibodies. Perhaps this bug will end up killing off all of the over sanitized kids. Or maybe the next one, or the one after, or the one after.

Small pox killed a pretty good % of the population. Spanish flu did the same, as did plague yellow fever, malaria etc.

Paranoia never saved anyone.

Jeepnik is correct. The immune system needs to be exposed to something so that it can build a response. Minor infections all your life are nothing to worry about for most people. In fact, they are needed for your white cells to learn and build an active response to that threat. Too much exposure before you are ready can be a problem, but slowly increasing or long term exposures can actually make you healthier.

That said, some long term medical conditions can weaken your immune system. If that happens, eat right, exercise moderately, and try to work your body to better condition and your immune system will respond by improving. HIV/AIDS is the only thing I am aware of that we don't have the capability to eventually defeat. When the right medicine is discovered, even that might be defeated.

HIV/AIDS hasn't really been around long enough. Give it a few generations. And we haven't really defeated any of the diseases I mentioned. A couple of generations without immunizations would kill millions should some one let smallpox out of Pandora's box again. In fact since we haven't been inoculating kids for quite a few years it would probably work now.

Malaria can be defeated with medicines, but if reinfected, you can get it again. Smallpox was defeated with vaccination. Yes, it could be turned loose again, and with a smaller portion of the population working with cattle---it would probably be quite dangerous for quite a while.
