My boy and I will implement plan A tomorrow, social distancing, from the inside of our 2 man kayak, and John boat. We will fish over the next week or so on 3 lakes, 3 or 4 rivers, and one stock tank, visiting 2 or more each day with a large nap in between. With sporadic rain in the forecast, I will move some stuff from the tractor shed, and we will set up a bench to shoot metal targets from the inside, dry and cozy. We just picked up a Pelosi load of meat in town, the BBQ will get worked hard. With a little luck, we should not speak to another human for 7- 10 days. At night, we will pick our slide guitars and fretless acoustic bass by the fire pit and try and dispose of excess bourbon build-up before it becomes a fire hazard. The wife has volunteered to feed the guard dogs while we are gone, looks like riding this virus thing out is gonna be rough
I used to do the same except we would drive 300 miles into Quebec , 65 miles of dirt roads into camp where we wouldn't see another human being for a week! So quite up there you could hear the skeeters plotting how to get through the window screens!
Sounds like a fun plan enjoy, yep think staying away from people is a good idea.
