New Winchester museum near Dubois WY

Does anyone know Dan Starks who is building a Winchester Museum near Dubois WY right now.
Plans to have it open by next year. I have a friend who lives there and has watched it being
built. Kind of odd given the Cody Museum is so close to that area. Anyone heard about it ?

Somebody gave you the wrong info. Mr. Starks is building the National Museum of MIlitary Vehicles, going to be HUGE, opens Memorial Day 2020. Lots of info on the 'net about it.

Thanks, may be something worth seeing some time. That sounds interesting, he must have been a military guy .
